Focus on thy
Not on the why
Step away from what’s out there
For it is too much to bare

The clock is ticking
While at any moment 
You can be free

Forget about their future
Remember
It is here where you need to be

Feel your vibration
Manage your thoughts
Accumulate attraction 
Of the higher chords

Take a moment
To acknowledge your heart
Connect with your power
As you make a new start

Connect with your future
From the freedom of the now
Nothing is there to stop you
Once you understand how

Act, don’t react
Prepare yourself to redirect
And enact your Soul contract

No time to lose
No time to gain
Are you ready 
To go against the grain?

Increase your health
Increase your strength
Body, soul and mind
With prayers in your heart
For life of all kind
