Movement

Love is movement
Rest assured all is moving
Growing, flowing
Moving along
In a stride or a song

Slow music bringing us forward
Fast music keeping us on track
Keep on going
Movement is love

Forever going, knowing
Our Universal Knowing
Of the balance we lack

Time is collapsing
The illusion is falling
The new is calling
Us back

Moving backwards
To go forwards
Our inner song
Showing the track

Take your time
But hurry up now
There is no need to slack

The first will be the latter
What is above shall come down
We are reaping what we sowed
As our wise ones ones showed

So come out of your shell
Open your eyes
It is time to wake up now
It is time to lift the spell

Let the flow of remembrance
Fill your heart
Face your past
Let the healing start
